yesterday as you all know was the big sausage day.

my 3-4 kg of meat and fat transformed into a huuuge amount of sausage (about 3x what is on the plate here).

It was great fun and a good experience...

I was really disgusted by the intestines - especially the smell.

and I kind of have maternal feelings for my new born sausages.
